The course is based on the educational-methodical complex 'Line of Life' edited by Pasichnik V.V. What is life? How are all living cells similar to each other? Why do some species go extinct while others emerge? Why do children resemble their parents yet differ from them? You will find answers to these and many other questions in our course, as this year you will study general biology — the basics of biochemistry, cell biology, genetics, evolutionary theory, and ecology.
